Shirelle Gilliam,  Board Member, Vice Chair  

Ms. Gilliam is the founding board secretary of RAW Ministries. She has been actively working in kingdom ministry for over 20 years as a speaker, teacher, and advocate for women’s needs and other social issues. Ms. Gilliam has a MA in Leadership Studies from the University of San Diego and a BA in Business Management from University of Phoenix. As a lifelong learner and practitioner of the Word, Shirelle is excited about what God has for her and the lives she is allowed to touch. She is the wife of Artice G. Gilliam, I (29yrs) and the mother of 2 adult sons, Artie and Aaron. The pride of her eye are the 4 grandchildren: Aden, Sophia, Layla, and Ava. She aspires to see the world’s seven wonders and appreciates the gifts of God and others. There will always be a special place in her heart for the babies, the elderly, and those willing to do the work in the vineyard. Her favorite scripture is Psalm 23.
